14. April 2026.
The Revenue and Marketing Services division of Everguest has entered the next stage of its deliberate growth. From now on, we continue our work under the name Everguest Services, with an expanded ownership structure and an even more closely connected professional organisation.
This name change represents far more than a simple brand refresh. Our goal is to provide integrated solutions where Revenue Management and Marketing do not operate as two separate islands, but as one measurable profit generating system. Meet the leaders and owners who shape the strategic direction of Everguest Services.
Pölöskei Zsolt – Head of Marketing and CEO
For nearly seven years, Zsolt has been building digital businesses, with a strong focus on software development and online marketing, specifically tailored to the tourism sector. He joined Everguest Services because he believes in the intersection of technology and business thinking.
“Marketing in itself has no value. Value lies in measurable revenue.”
What new mindset do you bring to the organisation?
“I think in systems: automation, scalability and data driven decision making. Creativity matters, but long term growth requires structure. In the future, the winners will not be those who spend more on marketing, but those who optimise revenue more intelligently.”
Gyenes Ákos – Hospitality Director
Ákos is a hotel professional by background, with more than ten years spent behind the scenes in hotel operations, and more than a thousand training days behind him. He is one of
the founders of Everguest and is primarily responsible for the professional side of the Revenue division.
“The foundation of stability is the team. The knowledge in people’s heads is just as important as technology.”
How will the service model become stronger after the ownership expansion?
“The expanded ownership structure has brought even deeper expertise and routine to the marketing side of the business. The key to success lies in the strong synergy between revenue management, marketing and sales. With powerful marketing support, revenue results can become far more impressive.”

Kovács Noémi – Head of Revenue and General Manager
Noémi entered the hotel industry from the world of finance and has been working in revenue management for nearly ten years, which for her is both a profession and a passion. As a co
founder of Everguest, she built the now 15 person expert team from the ground up.
“For me, revenue management is the stock exchange of the hotel industry.”
What mindset is already impossible to ignore in 2026?
“I would highlight two things. One is artificial intelligence: today we need to influence not only guests, but also algorithms, because more and more booking processes are being handled by AI agents. The other is guest profiling: ideally, we should be offering a thousand guests a thousand different opportunities based on their individual preferences. That is currently the most underused
revenue opportunity in the sector.”
What would you say to leaders who still try to handle every decision in house?
“That sometimes it is worth stepping out of the day to day hamster wheel and looking at the strategic pillars from a broader perspective. Outsourced revenue management provides exactly that external professional perspective and experience which is difficult to see from the inside, in the intensity of daily operations.”
Radványi Ákos – CEO
Ákos Radványi is also part of the ownership circle. He joins the company with the background of Radelit Media and the professional experience connected to Rubicon magazine. His more than a decade of experience in marketing and the media market strengthens the company in the areas of strategic positioning and long term brand building. In his view, stable market presence is the result of consistent brand building and deliberate business decisions. This mindset fits naturally into the integrated revenue and marketing model of Everguest Services.
